Objective
Members of the 快活app community including staff, faculty, students, administrators, and alumni were asked to participate in a facilitator training around how to discuss the values we hold as a community. This training included what we have done over the course of the year and what we hope to accomplish within the next few months.听
听
Outcomes/Documents
We had over听40 快活app community members come together to deeply discuss our personal and communal values.听听Themes that emerged from the conversations included听more听student voices, creating spaces for all,听a physical representation of our values, a need to celebrate and convey many of 快活app successes, and many more.听This was a great start to engage community members around the values of the 快活app community.听
