On July 12, 2022, the U.S. Department of Education published proposed Title IX regulations for public comment. The Department鈥檚 proposed Title IX regulations seek to clarify and modify the August 2020 regulations. 快活app recognizes the changes, if implemented, would alter the way colleges and universities respond to gender-based violence.

Community + Values in partnership with the Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX hosted a C+V Special Edition Community Talk to discuss the proposed Title IX regulations, what it means for our community, and how community members can provide feedback to the Department of Education.
