View tax documents from current and previous years. By law, the 快活app is required to furnish form 1098-T each tax year to enrolled students who are US citizens or permanent residents. The 1098-T form can assist you in determining eligibility for education tax credits or deductions. If you are not a US citizen or permanent resident, you may request a 1098-T by emailing the Bursar's Office at bursar@du.edu.
View W-2 statements, W-4 tax exceptions or allowances, or submit W-2 and 1095-C electronic delivery consent.
