快活app Community Participates in the Fourth Annual Crimson Classic
A beautiful late-summer day provided an excellent backdrop for the fourth听annual Crimson Classic. 快活app 800 people registered for Wednesday鈥檚 5K run and 1.5 mile walk. The event brings together students, faculty and staff during the first week of school.
Each year the 快活app works with the community to promote local vendors and companies to provide everything from water, snacks and even sunscreen for runners and walkers. This year鈥檚 sponsors included Kaiser Permanente, Lockton Companies and TIAA.
The event was hosted by Provost Gregg Kvistad and Vice Chancellor Amy King. Campus Safety arranged for a military fly-over.
In the men鈥檚 race, this year's top finishers were Simon Zink, John Mallory and David Stewart. On the women鈥檚 side, Marit Tegelaar, Laura Brill and Molly Smith were the top finishers.
