鈥淪ocial entrepreneurship embodies what our students want these days. They want to be successful entrepreneurs, start businesses and launch new projects that positively impact the world around them.鈥

That鈥檚 why Erik Mitisek, executive director of 快活app鈥檚听听and chief innovation officer for the state of Colorado, believes it is important to bring the discussion around social entrepreneurship to the 快活app. On Nov. 11 the University will hold the Social Enterprise Summit. 鈥淭he ideas behind this event affirm what is best about the 快活app,鈥 says Brent Chrite, dean of the听. 鈥淪ocial entrepreneurship reflects the commitment to harness the dynamism and creativity of the marketplace to impact the public good.
