Beginning in January, the����(GSSW) will make its nationally top-ranked education accessible to prospective students, regardless of where they live. With the launch of the school’s new online Master of Social Work (MSW) program in January, students will be able to earn their degree��while continuing to fulfill job and family responsibilities at home. Students will take all of their courses online, while simultaneously completing supervised internships at agencies and organizations in their own communities. Cohorts of 15-20 students will progress through the two-year program together and graduate at the same time, an educational model designed to create a sense of community among classmates despite their distance from one another.

“As a social worker, I believe in creating positive change, and I’m excited to be a part of expanding the innovative MSW program to online delivery,” says��, assistant professor of the Practice of Social Work and director of the online MSW program. “This program will help prepare future leaders and impact communities throughout Colorado and beyond.” McQueen, a licensed clinical social worker, graduated from GSSW in 2000.
