Dear 快活app Community,

The University continues to closely monitor the potential impact of COVID-19 on our community. Today, Governor Polis declared a state of emergency in Colorado and announced that there are 16 presumptive positive cases of COVID-19 in the state.

When we have a rapidly escalating situation such as with COVID-19, a state of emergency is declared to allow the state to access federal resources that would not otherwise be available. Governor Polis plans to pursue additional resources such as additional COVID-19 tests, as well as increased financial assistance to make it easier for health, food, nursing home and state employees to stay home if they become ill.

This is an important step to help protect the community during this time. Because this health situation is evolving rapidly, please be sure to take听听to help prevent the spread of illness and remember that the University has support resources for faculty, staff and students if needed.
