We areÌýproudÌýto announce the launch ofÌýfiveÌýnew sites over the past month including:Ìý

Sites remaining to launch

64ÌýsitesÌýremainÌýin the launch queueÌý(36Ìýof which are inline sites of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs).ÌýMarComm, in partnership with campus stakeholders, has launched 143Ìýwebsites and 10,925Ìýpages since Drupal’sÌýinitialÌýgo-live in September 2018.  MarCommÌýhas fully transferred migration/overhaul ownership in house.Ìý

Roadmap updates

As a reminder, ¿ì»îapp is extending theÌýOmniUpdateÌýcontractÌýby six monthsÌýin order toÌýensure there is hosting coverage while we continue toÌýexpedientlyÌýmigrate sites fromÌýOmniUpdateÌýto Drupal. We are predicting based on current resources that the migration will continue through April.ÌýThe more stakeholders volunteering toÌýwriteÌýandÌýcontribute to quality assurance checks, the more likely individual sites can launch earlier.ÌýThe roadmap and site prioritization,Ìýtargeted launch date summary, and weekly progress checklist can be found inÌý. Ìý

OurÌýtop priority throughÌýfallÌýquarter is to continue progress on Student Affairs and Academic Affairs websites and to launch University Libraries, Law Libraries, and remaining Korbel and Morgridge College of Education sites.ÌýÌý

Drupal updates

As a reminder, we are in the process of converting our Drupal environment from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9. This work will be completed by the end of November. The Drupal 9 upgrade will not have a major impact on our site migrations, site design, or site integrations.ÌýÌý
