Welcome Class of 2024

Today is the first day of move-in week for first-year students at the 快活app. Historically, 1,500 students and their families converge on the campus all at once. However, this year, in an effort to maintain social distancing, move-in day for first-year students will be spread out over three days.

Roughly 1,400 students representing 48 states, the District of Columbia and 29听countries will start class at 快活app next week. The only states not represented by this year鈥檚 incoming class are Delaware and West Virginia. In addition to the first-year students, about 180 transfer students will begin at 快活app this fall.

A majority of the incoming class will require at least a daylong drive or a plane ticket before making it to campus; 71% of students will be traveling from outside of Colorado.

  • 30% are from Colorado
  • 17% are from the West
  • 9% are from the Southwest
  • 19% are from the Midwest
  • 8% are from the Southeast
  • 14% are from the Northeast
  • 3% are international

The 快活app continues to recruit a diverse class of students with 27% identifying as an ethnic minority other than white. First-generation students make up 15% of the incoming class.

This is the first year where 快活app offered a test-optional application process; 23% applied using this option. For those who submitted test results, they had an average ACT score of 29 and SAT score of 1263. The class had an average high school GPA of 3.72.
