Accessing Voice Mail From Outside your Office

  1. Call 303-871-5050 (15050 on campus)
  2. Press # to access your mailbox at the voice prompt.
  3. Enter your 5-digit mailbox number and # when prompted for 聽your "ID".
  4. Enter your PIN, followed by #.
  5. Follow the prompts to listen to, delete and save messages.

Checking your Voicemail through the web interface while on the 快活app network

You can play your messages by clicking on the play icon next to each message in the list.

  2. Log in using your [Firstname.Lastname] and 快活app password.
  3. On the Phones page (default page upon login), click on Call Forwarding in the left navigation.
  4. Click on the checkbox next to 鈥淔orward all calls to:鈥 and enter the remote phone number in the input box.
    *Forwarding to an聽辞蹿蹿-肠补尘辫耻蝉听number: If you are entering an off-campus phone number, include a 鈥9鈥 in front of the number to designate the forwarded number as an off-campus number.聽

    *Forwarding to a聽long distance聽number: If you are entering a long distance number, include 鈥91鈥 in front of the number to designate the forwarded number as an off-campus long distance number.

  5. Click Save.
To access iBanner and other 快活app resources from off campus, you must first install and connect to the VPN. For help troubleshooting the VPN, contact the IT Help Center at 303-871-4700.
Once you have connected to the VPN from off campus, you can connect to your zephyr drive and department file shares by .
Yes, you may take your work computer (desktop or laptop) home or other technical equipment if you have your supervisor鈥檚 approval. The following protocols must be followed while using a work computer from home:
  1. Only 快活app employees should use this equipment.
  2. Password protect the computer.
  3. Connect to the University network using VPN before beginning any work.
  4. Antivirus software must be installed. CrowdStrike is available for use on work computers for faculty, staff聽and students.
  5. Use secure practices for storing work files by using Office365 applications (, Teams), your .
  6. Use your official 快活app email account when sending work emails.
  7. Use 快活app鈥檚 secure email feature when sending any emails with confidential information such as student information, employee information, or financial information by simply beginning the Subject Line with the words 快活app Confidential.
A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a secure way to to connect to on-campus聽快活app resources from off-campus.聽 It is required to remotely聽access many of the 快活app applications to prevent loss of data.聽聽Download the VPN.
Please be advised that the University鈥檚 VPN is only needed for off-campus access to resources located on campus that have not been made available to the outside world through our firewalls.聽 Network file shares, Remote Desktop (RDP) access to servers and workstations, and Banner are all examples of when the VPN is required.聽 Jabber, OneDrive, Canvas, Kaltura, Microsoft Teams and O365 email are all examples of applications that do not require the VPN.

You can use Teams in your web browser, download the desktop app, or install it on your phone. Be sure to sign in with your 快活app email and password.

Yes, you may use public Wi-Fi to access 快活app applications. However, the following protocols must be followed:

Depending on where a Zoom meeting participant is working, the聽Wi-Fi bandwidth may cause issues. Bandwidth is typically determined by the network you are working on and your internet service provider. Wi-Fi is not an issue if on campus.聽Read more about for more information.
