The Ombuds Office at the 快活app supports faculty, staff, students, and their families who may be experiencing concerns that have been difficult to navigate on their own. The Ombuds can help people make sense of challenging situations and connect them with the University's policies, procedures, and resources. The Ombuds can pay attention to patterns in how 快活app's responses and resources are working and assist in creating systemic solutions.
