CITI Program
The CITI COI Basic course is designed to satisfy training requirements associated with the U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) regulations on financial conflicts of interest. The COI Basic course is valid for four years, then a refresher course must be completed. The COI Refresher course offers retraining on key concepts and rules relating to these regulations. These courses are intended for investigators who receive funding from a PHS agency, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), or who are required by 快活app to be familiar with the PHS financial conflicts of interest regulations. This training must be completed prior to initial receipt of funds.
快活app policy also requires the completion of a Responsible conduct of research听(RCR) course for all awards and anyone required to complete a COI. You can select one course appropriate to your research from the list of courses to complete. An RCR training course must also be completed prior to initial receipt of funds.

Steps for Completing COI Training
As a new CITI user, you must first establish a username and password through registering under the 快活app affiliation.
As a registered CITI user, log into CITI using your username and password, select "快活app View Courses" under "Institutional Courses"
Step 1: Select "Learner Tools,"听and then select "Add a Course"
Step 2:听Answer Question 1 by selecting "Conflict of Interest" and听"Responsible Conduct of Research" curriculum and clicking on "NEXT."听
Select any one of the "Responsible conduct of Research" courses appropriate to your research.
Click 鈥NEXT."
Select 鈥淐onflict of Interest鈥 course you need to Complete. Click 鈥NEXT."
Step 3: All of the modules associated with the COI curriculum will be listed and you may select a module to begin.
Once you have successfully completed all of the modules in the COI curriculum, a completion report will be available to document your training. It is strongly recommended you save a copy of this report for your records. The 快活app CITI Administrators are able to verify all training profiles for individuals that are affiliated with 快活app in the CITI program.
