Communication Policy

Email is the standard method of communication used by our staff. All financial aid-related emails will be sent to your听@du.edu听address, so please be sure to monitor your 快活app email account regularly for important information, requests and notifications.

Once you are enrolled at 快活app, we can only send financial aid updates and notices to you, the student. In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your account will not be discussed with anyone else鈥攊ncluding parents, guardians, family members and friends鈥攗nless you give us explicit information to speak with them. If you wish to release your student records, you must complete a听. Find more information about FERPA on the听Registrar's website.
