Host regular chancellor and leadership engagement tours to meet with faculty, staff, students, and alumni from Indigenous, Latinx, Black, Asian Pacific Islander, LGBTQ+ and other minoritized communities, informing planning, measurement, and assessment.

Action Item Details

快活app鈥檚 leaders must be constantly accessible and willing to understand the emotional and intellectual toll of inequity and inequality at 快活app. This action item听will commence Fall 2020 and establish听consistent听meetings听and other forms of engagement听between the chancellor and key leadership (including but not limited to the provost, vice chancellors, and deans) with faculty, staff, and students from minoritized communities. These meetings will inform continued planning,听assessment, and investment.
