Talent Acquisition & Development partners with faculty and staff on talent sourcing, selection, hiring processes and employee orientation. This department also facilitates professional development through strategic consulting, professional coaching, career planning, and mediation services, as well as coordination of the New Hire Orientation program. The team also focuses on empowering employees with specific skills to drive better business performance by offering competency-based in-person and virtual classes on topics such as management and supervisory skills, communication, team-building, organizational development, and technical skills. We strive to serve employees, managers, leaders, and teams in a fulfilling employment experience focused on supporting the University's mission and advancing .
