¿ì»îapp Staff & Faculty Benefits

¿ì»îapp offers a wide range of benefit choices including three medical plan options, a tuition waiver program and a wellness program. For more detailed information visit our Benefits website.

Time Off

¿ì»îapp offers many leave programs, as well as:

  • 15 days of vacation a year
  • 12 sick days a year
  • Seven holidays along with five days during winter break

Tuition Waiver

The tuition waiver is designed to enable benefited employees and retirees, their spouses and partners, and/or their dependent children under the age of 25 to enroll in for-credit courses at the ¿ì»îapp with reduced or no tuition charges.Ìý

Retirement Plan

After a year of service, ¿ì»îapp will match your 4 percent contributions to theÌýUniversity retirement planÌýwith an 8 percent match, for a combined contribution equal to 12 percent of your appointed salary.
